Dra. Emmeline Mina-Alvarez is a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist specializing in the diagnosis and management of various eye conditions.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas and completed her postgraduate internship at Cardinal Santos Medical Center. She finished her Residency Training in Ophthalmology at the DOH Eye Center – East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC).
Dra. Mina-Alvarez is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology and a licensed physician under the Philippine Medical Association. She is also a member of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology, Caloocan City Medical Society, and the UST Medical Alumni Association.
She has conducted research on Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening and has participated in various medical presentations, seminars, and training programs in the Philippines.
Dra. Mina-Alvarez practices in Quezon City and Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, and is affiliated with East Avenue Medical Center and Montano Ramos General Hospital.
