Dr. Jose Carlos Gana is a Medical Retina Specialist dedicated to the diagnosis and management of retinal diseases.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in 2012 and passed the Physician Licensure Examination and the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology examinations in 2013.
Dr. Gana completed his Residency Training in Ophthalmology at East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) and pursued his Fellowship in Medical Retina at the Singapore National Eye Center.
He currently serves as the Ophthalmology Section Head at Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center.
Dr. Gana is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the UST Medical Alumni Society and the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology. He has also attended numerous local and international seminars and training programs to further enhance his expertise in retinal care.
